With a background in accounting and a passion for property development, Anthony Spagnolo established Agenzia in 2019 to assist first home buyers, first time and active investors and self-managed super fund investors navigate the property market. Anthony’s qualifications and licenses include a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Real Estate License (Property – Individual), Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and Builder Contractor License (Contractor). “With over 12 years' experience in the accounting and property space, I believe that property is a strong wealth creation strategy. With the right guidance, advice and most importantly level of care, I want to help more Australian’s achieve the Australian Dream.”

Anthony is a proud husband and father of three and a self-confessed fitness fanatic regularly competing in marathons and triathlons. Anthony is excited to share his wealth of knowledge and expertise with clients looking to develop a wealth creation strategy using property.

Allan Cuevas joined the Agenzia team in 2023 and is extremely passionate about education and guiding clients to achieve their wealth and property goals. His background includes over 9 years of real estate experience, managing complex hospitality assets valued at over $5M and has conducted over 1000 strategy sessions to help investors start their investment journey. Allan holds a Certificate IV - Real Estate Practice

If he's not talking about property or wealth you'll usually find Allan spending time with his wife, son and two dogs. Either that or having a strum on the guitar or cooking up something in the kitchen!

Emmanuel offers personalised guidance to clients across Australia. He has a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends, which enables him to assist clients in making informed investment decisions aligned with their financial goals.

He sources properties that have the potential to yield significant returns and provide long-term wealth accumulation for his clients. PROPERTY STRATEGIST

Terry joined Agenzia in 2022 as a Property Strategist. After graduating from a health science degree, Terry soon realised his passion lies with sales and property. With over 15 years sales experience and a healthy personal property investment portfolio, Terry is passionate about educating and guiding clients to achieve their wealth and property goals. Outside of work, he enjoys all things fitness including competitive cycling and the gym.

Terry is a proud husband and father of two.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Sarah is in instrumental in her role at Agenzia Property Investment Strategists and has been a critical member of the team since its inception. With a strong focus on client service and satisfaction, Sarah is known for going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience for every Agenzia client.

Sarah previously graduated from a Bachelor of Management and worked in event management for national & international conference & incentive programs, cementing her commitment and expertise in client management. Outside of work she enjoys musicals, Pilates and reading. And if she looks familiar to you, you're not alone. Sarah has also appeared in numerous television shows and commercials including the award winning ‘Young Rock’ with Dwayne Johnson.

MARKETING MANAGER

Melissa begun her career in 2007 after graduating from UTS in a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & Communications). Working for FMCG and Cosmetics companies for many years.

Melissa took some time off to start a family and joined the Agenzia team in 2022. Melissa is committed to educating and informing clients about the expertise and benefits of Agenzia’s Property Strategists for long term wealth creation. Melissa is a proud mum of three and enjoys Pilates and reading.
