Arjun & Dakshina Are Ready For Their Third Property with Agenzia

Challenge: Arjun & Dakshina approached Agenzia in 2022 looking to extend their property portfolio and work towards generating a passive income before retirement. The first property was close to home in Campbelltown SA, a single contract townhouse offering 5% rental yield. The property was under construction meaning they would be able to generate a rental income faster, while still accessing maximum tax & depreciation benefits. The second property had to be settling after property one, and was a townhouse in Hillcrest QLD for $519,900 that would generate enough equity by completion for them to go again in 2023.

Results: The clients first property in Campbelltown SA has an estimated market value of $725,000 and generates $650 per week in rental income. The second property has received a sales appraisal of $580,000 prior to completion, meaning Arjun & Dakshina will settle with $60K in equity.
